The pirate then picked up the cards and looked at them. After a few moments, he tossed down two spades and a diamond on the table. Several more of his men followed, with some of them summoning two hearts, a spade, a club, two diamonds and a club, and even one had four aces.

"You bet, but he will do so once he gets through with me," Julia chuckled.

"Mom!" Raleigh laughed. "Hush, son," Julia hissed at the dark-haired teenager and Raleigh started.

"Highway robbery!" the pirate roared as steam blew from his ears in a fit of rage. He then brandished out his dual shotgun rifles as his men readied their weapons at the Team, with sounds of clicks filling the air. "Ready, aim, fire!" he bellowed as the air was soon thundering with roars of gunfire and the Team immediately away. "Run!" Hope yelled as Bo dashed off to his ex-wife and they fled out of the poker table room.

Unfortunately, one of the bullets struck Julie's shoulder and she tripped onto the floor. "Julie!" Doug cried as he dove for his beloved wife but another bullet narrowly grazed him, almost striking him right in the forehead. He then cradled her in his arms and struggled to get to his feet. He then rushed back to the team as more hail of gunfire whizzed around him. Meryl then screamed as a bullet grazed her shoulder and Mona shrieked as another one nearly hit her and she doubled over to the ground.

"I'm sorry, Rod, I really am," Julie apologized as she grunted with her wound still stinging badly. Doug then glanced at his wife worriedly as he turned to Jack. "Jack, I'd like for you to look after Julie just in case. I'm worried that she may be badly hurt."

"I'm just worried for her, Jack," Doug pleaded. "At least help me look after her."

"Okay, Rod; what machine do you want to play?" Kate asked Rod.

(Not right now; I'm a little busy)

"Okay, let's go play slot machines," Bertha chimed as the gang headed over to the slot machines.

"Here, let's play," Meryl smiled as she took out some coins and put them in the slot. As she pushed down the lever, the wheels began to turn rapidly and it was not long before the images appeared. To Meryl's disappointment, an apple, tomato and lemon appeared. The machine let out a high pitched siren with flashes permeating from it.

"Let me try" Rod smirked as he placed a coin in the machine and pushed down the lever, and in moments, three lemons appeared and the machine went crazy, then erupted various coins

"Dad, you won!" Malcolm cheered as he hugged his father lovingly. "Maybe there is a food court we can go to," Hope suggested.

"Yeah, I'm starving now that I think about it," Cliff crowed as he rubbed his stomach. "I'm in the mood for Chinese or Japanese food," Buddy quipped.

"What would you like to eat, Philippe?" Julian asked his twin sister as Philippe shrugged. "I don't know, Burger King?"

"Or maybe Subways or Quizno's," Julian quipped.

"Me too; I'd like to go to a burger joint," Wilfred crowed.

"Coconut cake and coffee!" Lakota chirped as he pumped his fists in midair.

"Rod, where would you like to eat?" Renee asked her stepfather.

"Let's go to a sushi buffet!" Rhonda cooed as Lee smirked. "I agree; let's go," she said as the gang traveled to the food court. Upon entering the vast area, they sauntered over to the sushi buffet and approached the front desk.

"Hello, how may I help you?" a Japanese woman greeted them as she typed on a keyboard.

"Hello, we'd like a private reservation, please. We're Team Legacy, a band of superheroes," Doug replied as the Japanese woman nodded and jotted down their name. "Okay. We'll have someone to escort you to your table."

It was then that a man walked up to the group and beckoned them to follow him. They strolled out of the lobby and traveled through the hallway towards a privately reserved table. The Team was eventually seated down and the man waved before he left. They then opened up their menus and prepared to make their orders. Lee then examined her menu carefully as she scanned the items listed. "Hmmm... I wonder what is there to eat?" she wondered.

"I think we need to get up and pick out what we want to eat at the counter," Marlena explained.

Rod then groaned as he slammed his head into the table and rested it on the table while sighing

(Nope)

"What's wrong, Daddy?" Philippe sighed as she looked at her father worriedly.

"Yeah, what's wrong, Grandpa?" Lucy frowned. Reagan just stared off into the grass as she looked glum.

(Sure)

"Because your birthday is ruined?" Philippe offered.

"Maybe we should go home after this. This is turning out to be a bummer anyway," Roadstark sighed as he played with the utensils and chewed on the folk.
