"Sure" Rod smield as he handed Sonja to Angela

Sonja then immediately began to scream and howl terribly while kicking and crying at the top of her lungs. "Dadda! Dadda! Mama!" she wailed as she thrashed violently in Angela's arms and then growled angrily before biting the old woman on the hand.

"Don't worry, Sonja, she is your good grandmother" Rod smiled as he kissed Sonja's cheek

"Grandma?" Sonja whispered as she peered over at Angela curiously before she covered her eyes and whimpered.

"I'm very sorry, Angela. She's just frightened of a new face, that's all. She also probably heard about all of the horror stories about you and Giuseppe, which is why she does not trust you," Lee apologized.

Angela then shushed her as he kissed her on the cheek "It's okay, little one, i am good, nto bad" he shushed her, then turned to Lee "I know, Angelica and Jose were the bad guys, not us" she sighed

"All this time I hated you for mistreating Rod so badly and with all of the cursing and screaming Rhonda and I directed at you," Lee muttered as she shook her head sadly. "And you were someone else completely different." She then bowed towards Angela as she added, "Forgive me for all of the horrible things I might have said. I only want what's best for Rod. You have a good son and I'm fortunate to have someone like him in my life."

"Cookie!" Sonja giggled as she bit into it and chewed on it thoroughly with squeaks.

"I think it's time we head home," Tony informed Renee as she nodded.

"Yeah; we got a lot to do tomorrow. Rhonda and Lee have to go start their new jobs and we have to dig up more clues to Lee's biological family," Marlena replied.

"It was nice seeing you, but we have to go unfortunately," Meryl replied as she grabbed Sonja and held her tenderly.
