"I know; follow me," the nurse replied as she led him into the room where Michelle was. As soon as they arrived, they approached the bed where the young woman lay. She had a tube down her throat and she was hooked to several machines, including an I.V. and a heart monitor.

"I thught she was pregnant, but no..." Rod muttered as he fell on his knees and buried his face on Michelle's belly as he began to sob

Rod's face then turned into anger "This is all my fault... no matter what you say" he grumbled, then turned at the nurse harshly "I will stay here to watch her no matter how many days it take!"

"We will let you know if there is any change in her condition," the nurse replied solemnly.

"Do whatever you wish, but i won't even move a muscle until Michelle recovers!" Rod growled "She is my world, and i am totally incomplete with her! Maybe you don't know it, but i'll give my life for her!"

"Yeah" Rod nodded firmly "Her life is worth more than mine, and if it's necessary, i'll stay here to give her all the support i could"
