Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"Just go downstairs and eat breakfast; you'll be heading out within the hour," Luan sighed while rubbing her forehead stressfully.

"Oh, Rod; where did I go wrong with my boy?" Luan moaned woefully with a deep sigh.

Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"Maybe there is a reason why I never had a child up until now. Maybe I was never meant to be a mother," Luan muttered dejectedly with her voice cracking. "I mean, I lost Kirstoff's baby after he died during The War Of The Countries and I also lost Buford's baby after our little affair."

"How would you know?" Luan growled angrily with a disdainful and bitter scoff.

"I just hope you're right, Rod," Luan shook her head as she, Lee and Rhonda removed the kids from the bathtub and rinsed them off before drying them with towels. The three adults soon dressed them up in their onesies as they carried them in their arms.
"Let's go and eat something downstairs; I'm hungry," Rhonda proposed as the gang nodded and they departed from the bathroom.

They soon arrived in the kitchen table as the rest of the team had already assembled to eat their breakfast and they scavenged around in search of something to eat.
Luan then took out a coffee mug as she poured in some boiling hot water into the pot along with a large scoop of coffee beans. She placed it under the coffee machine and turned it on to brew it. Luan inhaled the scent deeply with a weak smile as she shuffled over to the table to sit.
"You look very tired, Luan," Marlena remarked worriedly as Luan nodded her head slightly. "I haven't been sleeping well these past couple of days."
"You need to take a little nap.I'm sure it would make you feel better," Lee suggested pithily as she took a drag of her own cigarette.
"Yeah, maybe, but it hasn't been helping. I still feel tired," Luan muttered with a yawn.

"I suppose," Luan yawned as she took the pot out of the machine before pouring some into her mug. "But I need to drink my coffee and we need to take the kids to school."

"I also love you, Luan," Chrissy whispered as she kissed her friend on the cheek and hugged her openly. "You're my favorite doll."

Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"Okay, everyone; it's time to go to the Republican Institute For Everything now," Doug announced as the team cleared out their plates and left their seats as they departed from the kitchen. Renee then gave Lee another dirty look as Julie stayed close to her husband, with Sheryl on her arm. Deanie then smiled at Robbie sweetly while she kissed him on the cheek.
The team then arrived inside the Hyperion as they buckled up their seat belts and settled down. Lee then settled down next to Rod and their children as she nestled her head on her shoulder and closed her eyes to doze off. Renee then looked out the window as she avoided eye contact with Tony and her children while she remained silent.
Luan then exhaled deeply as she looked at Rod longingly while tapping on her lap and twiddling her thumbs nervously.

Rod then smiled as he patted Lee's head softly, then turned to growl at Renee and Doug and Julie
Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"What the hell is your problem, Rod?" Renee sneered disdainfully while glaring at her stepfather coldly.

Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"What the hell is YOUR problem?" Rod growled "You've been skipping your own mother since you first realized about that small bad act she did some time ago!" he snarled "I know she wasn't a good mother on your eyes, but she's your mother, for god's sake, forgive her!" he snapped, then turned to his parents "The same for you, mom and dad, i know she did bad things to daddy, but that does not gives you the right to hate her for the rest of her like!" he explained "Sheesh, give her a rest, or she'll end up so depressed that she might suicide herself"
Re: Continuing "Next Generation"
"I think Rod's right, Doug; you really should stop holding this grudge against Lee. We all know what she did was wrong, but do we have to hold it over her head for the rest of her life?" Marlena turned to her friend with an angry retort as she glared fiercely at him. "She has done a lot of good for this team and she has tried really hard to be a better person in spite of her flaws. I think you should give her credit for that. I know that you don't exactly like her, but she deserves more respect. I think it is time we put the past behind us and try to form a much easier relationship."
She glanced over at Renee with a thin line. "And Renee, I understand that you have had some great difficulties with your mother. I know that you two never exactly got along and she may have tried to oppose your relationship with Tony for selfish reasons, but I think somewhere deep inside she cared about you and wanted to protect you. But above all else, she is still your mother and she is the one who gave life to you and took care of you when no one else would. And since she is one of the few remaining blood relatives you have left, I think you should try to mend fences with her and attempt a reconciliation, if nothing else. Try to reflect it over and see if you cannot find it in your heart to forgive her."
Julie then sighed as she rubbed her temples stressfully and she turned to see Doug's expression contort into a pained yet apprehension frown while he mulled over the elderly psychiatrist's words. He then turned to look at Renee, who shrugged indifferently and looked back at Tony, then Lucy, then Reagan, then Trevor, then Doug, Julie and Marlena.
Lee then sighed while shaking her head sadly in dismay.
